Who we are
Moehnext is the trading name of this service (formerly Nexro). It is operated by an individual (not yet a registered company), who is the service provider and the data controller under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). In this policy, "we" means the provider of Moehnext.
For anything about your personal data, contact us via Moehnext’s LINE Official Account.
What we collect
- Resume
- The file you upload or photograph, and the text read from it, such as your name, contact details, work history, education, skills and any photo in the file
- Job post
- The link, image or text of the job post you add, and any details you edit, such as the position and requirements
- Analysis results
- Your match score, resume check results, suggested fixes and tailored resume, including the changes you choose, skip or edit
- Career memory
- Facts about each job that you confirm or type in yourself, such as results and numbers, how the same job is matched across your resume versions, and the evidence check for each job with its change history
- Interview practice
- Questions prepared from the job post, the answers you type or speak, the feedback you get, mock interview results, and details about how you answered, such as time taken, answer method and the number of filler words (such as "um")
- Work conditions
- Your answers on whether you can relocate, travel or work shifts as the job post states. Used for that job only and never for scoring
- Company information you choose
- The company you confirm and the facts you choose for interview preparation
- Transferable skills
- The analysis of how your past experience applies to a job you’re applying for, with the source text it quotes
- Account
- Your name, email and profile picture from the account you sign in with
- Applications
- Application dates, status, follow-up reminder dates and your notes
- Payments
- The pack you bought, amount, time, transaction reference, and the sender name and bank read from your slip. We don’t keep slip images or your full account number
- Usage and device
- Technical data needed to run and secure the service, such as browser type, how many times you use each service, and an encrypted network code (used to limit free use before sign-up; it changes daily and can’t be turned back into an IP address)
- Contact
- Messages you send us through our contact channel
Please don’t include sensitive information in your resume, such as religion, health history or your national ID number. Most job applications don’t need it, and if it’s in your file we won’t use it in the analysis.
Resume and work history data
We store data from the resume file you upload, or the data you enter to create and edit a resume in Moehnext, such as contact details, education, work experience, projects, skills and anything else you choose to add.
We use this data to create and download your resume, check its quality, compare it with job posts, and provide the job application help you choose to use.
If you add a photo to a resume you create in Moehnext, we store a resized copy and the cropped photo only to place it on that resume’s file. Before storing, we remove location and camera details from the file. Photos are not sent to AI services and are not used to score your resume or job match.
How we use it
- To check how well your resume matches a job post and suggest fixes (based on the consent you give when uploading)
- To tailor your resume, create the PDF and keep results in your account (to provide the service you asked for)
- To remember the facts you confirm and use them in later checks, tailoring, interview practice and skills analysis, only for the job each fact belongs to (to provide the service you asked for)
- To prepare interview questions and give feedback on your answers. New facts from an answer are added to your career memory only when you choose to confirm them
- To confirm payments, add credits, and prevent reused or fake slips and other abuse
- To show jobs that are due for follow-up on the app’s home page on the dates you set (you can turn this off)
- When scoring job match and checking resumes, we remove your name, contact details, age, gender and similar personal details before sending to AI, and we never use gender, age or appearance requirements in a job post as scoring criteria
- To check text that AI writes for your resume against the information you gave. Text that adds something you haven’t written can’t be used or exported until you confirm it’s true
- To limit free use per 24-hour period, and to pause some services temporarily when use is unusual or system costs exceed set limits
- To answer questions, handle issues, and send notices about your account or the service
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and improve the service
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping payment records under accounting and tax law
We may create de-identified statistics from use of the service, such as the keywords most often missing in each field, to improve the service, analyse the job market or publish articles. These statistics can’t be traced back to you.
We don’t sell personal data, don’t use your resume for advertising, and never send your resume to employers unless you do it yourself.
AI, and no training on your data
Analysis, tailoring, interview practice and skills analysis use third-party AI services through their business APIs. We only send the resume, job post, career memory facts and interview practice answers needed for that analysis.
We only use AI services whose terms don’t allow customer data to be used for model training, and we never use your resume, career memory or interview practice answers to train any AI either.
AI providers delete the data they receive within the period in their terms (currently no more than 30 days, unless use is flagged as breaking the provider’s policy or the law requires longer retention).
Company research
When you choose to use “Search company information”, we use the company name and job title from the job post to search for and summarise publicly available information, through third-party AI and web search services.
For company research, we don’t send your resume content or anything from your career memory as search input. Data sent to third-party providers may be processed outside Thailand, according to their services and the applicable data protection measures.
Before using company information to prepare for an interview, you can check its sources, confirm the right company, and choose which facts to use yourself. This information is never treated as your work experience.
Company information we find may be stored as shared data and reused for other users who search for the same company. Information older than 30 days is not shown, can’t be chosen and isn’t used to prepare questions until it’s searched again, and it is deleted after 60 days if no job uses it. Which company you confirmed and which facts you chose are stored separately with your account and job, and are not shared with other users.
You can deselect facts or change the confirmed company at any time. Other data and rights relating to your account follow the main privacy policy of the service.
Voice interview practice
Voice interview practice is open to some users during a trial. If you choose to use it, Moehnext asks for microphone access to record your answer temporarily, and sends that audio through our system to ElevenLabs to turn it into text, together with a list of key terms that helps transcription, namely the requirements in the job post, the company name, the job title and organisation of the job the question asks about, and English words from that job’s details. The same service creates the audio of interview questions, and question text may relate to the job, company or experience you have provided.
In Moehnext’s system: we don’t store your answer audio; it is passed to the provider straight away without being saved. The raw transcript (before you check and edit it) is kept for up to 20 days to check transcription accuracy, then deleted automatically. Question audio is kept in your account for up to 30 days so you can replay it. The answers you check and confirm, how you answered, how long you spoke and how many characters you edited are kept as practice history in your account until you delete that job or your account.
At the provider (ElevenLabs): we ask ElevenLabs to delete the transcript and question audio it kept right after each use. However, according to ElevenLabs’ documentation, deleted data may remain in its backups for up to 30 days, and logs kept for troubleshooting or monitoring may hold some data under ElevenLabs’ own policy, for periods we don’t control. ElevenLabs stores data in the United States under its own policy. Since 31 October 2026, our account is set so that ElevenLabs does not use our content to improve its models.
In call-style mock interviews, during the call the system sends the transcribed text (before you check and confirm it) to the AI provider to decide whether to ask a follow-up and what you’re asking for, such as hearing the question again, more time to think, or switching language. This text is not used to assess your answer. Assessment only starts after the call ends and you have checked and confirmed the text.
During practice, the system counts filler words (such as "um" and "uh"), pauses and time taken to show them to you. These counts are not sent to AI and are not used as criteria in the 4-part answer assessment. The answer text sent to AI for assessment may still contain filler words as you said them; the system instructs AI to assess the content of your answer, not filler words.
You can always type instead of using the microphone, and only text you have checked and confirmed is used to assess your interview answers.

If you delete your account first, the record remains without being linked to you
When you ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our system within 30 days, except for data the law requires us to keep. Copies in our database provider’s backups expire on that backup cycle.
